What is Food freedom? Quite simply, it refers to ditching dieting culture and restrictive diets by permitting yourself to enjoy all foods in moderation (unless you have medical needs or allergies that prevent you). Food is more than just fuel. We need to build a positive and judgment-free relationship with all foods, where shame and guilt are not considered an ingredient.

Today, Elizabeth Dall joins us to chat about living with food freedom.  Elizabeth shares her personal journey tells us how we can improve our relationship with food and connect with our bodies.
